Martha Bajec and Gary Pickering presented “The influence of temperature on the perceived intensity of orosensory stimuli: A time-intensity study” at the Taste and Food Acceptance: Chemistry and Molecular Biology of Sweet, Bitter and Umami Tastes Workshop at the Terra Murata Congress Center in Procida, Italy from April 14 to 17.
