Brock mourns death of second-year student

Brock University is mourning the death of Albert Piccioni, a second-year Accounting student who died Thursday Oct 4.

Albert, aged 19, of Campbellville, Ont., died after colliding with a car while he was bicycling near campus on Merrittville Highway near Decew Road, around 9 pm.

Funeral arrangements have been made at McKersie-Kocher Funeral Home, 114 Main St. E. in Milton, Ont., where visitation will be 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm on Monday Oct. 8.

A service will be held at the funeral home at 1 pm on Tuesday Oct. 9, with interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Ontario Street, Milton.

The University offers sincere condolences to the Piccioni family and friends.
