The Celebration of Athletic Excellence event was held at Brock on Jan. 28 to thank and recognize the generous philanthropy of donors who have supported Brocks athletic programs.
Guests were treated to complimentary hors d’oeuvres and VIP seats to watch the mens and womens basketball games.

Welch Hall extension opens

A 20,000-sq.-ft. extension of Robert S. K. Welch Hall — home to Brock’s Faculty of Education for the past 40 years — officially opened on Jan. 21.
The $8.5-million addition to the building originally constructed in 1970 is the first “Student Learning Environment” project completed as part of The Campaign for a Bold New Brock.
