The Wellness Day Try-a-Tri event returned in 2014 with with 17 of 20 registered athletes taking part in a 100- or 400-metre swim in the Brock pool, followed by a quick transition to the bicycle and a scenic 12-kilometre cycle (four loops of a 3km course), followed again by a quick transition and then a 3km run/walk/crawl.
