After the storm, it’s back to school

Updated: 3:15 p.m.

The University will be looking to resume business as usual on Thursday after this week’s winter storm led officials to close Brock campuses in both St. Catharines and Hamilton on Wednesday.

The ‘snow day’ left halls empty and classrooms dark, although food services were maintained in dining halls for the 2,400 students living in residence at the main campus.

Evening classes and events were also cancelled, including the Trudeau Lecture which had been scheduled for Wednesday evening at the St. Catharines campus. Organizers hope to soon announce a rescheduled date for the lecture.
