New phone line means better communication

Brock University, through the office of the University Accessibility (AODA) Co-ordinator, has launched its new TTY phone.

A TTY phone is a communication device using text instead of speaking via a special keyboard telephone known as a TTY.  Persons who are deaf, deafened, hard of hearing, or do not communicate using a regular telephone line often use a TTY.

The new TTY phone number is 905-378-5708 and will allow for incoming TTY calls to the University from the public.

Brock is committed to excellence in the provision of our University goods or services to all persons, including persons with disabilities. For more information or to provide feedback, please contact Margaret Sanderson, University Accessibility (AODA) Coordinator, at 905-688-5550 x5454 /TTY 906-378-5708 or visit www.brocku.ca/accessibility
