BLCS Awards

Brock University and the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society, in partnership with our donors, offer many pathways to membership in the society. Recipients of any of the awards listed below will be inducted into the society during their first year at Brock University.

Brock Leaders Citizenship Society Award

Amount: $8,000 ($2,000 renewable)
Number Awarded: several
Brock Student Leaders awards recognize a combination of high academic achievement with personal leadership abilities. Students who receive the Brock Leaders Award will be eligible for entry into the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society. Entering students who have an 80% average or higher and have demonstrated excellence in fine arts, writing, debating, science, extracurricular activities and/or significant citizenship contributions to community, will be considered for this prestigious award.

CIBC Leaders Award

Amount: $8,000 ($2,000 renewable)
Number Awarded: 1
The CIBC Leaders Award is awarded to entering students who have achieved exceptional academic success, outstanding leadership and community involvement. By accepting the award the student is also inducted (in their first year) into the prestigious Brock Leaders Citizenship Society. The total value of the award is $8,000 ($2,000 per year) and is renewable each year the student remains a member of the Brock Leaders Citizenship Society.
