Munich School of Business visit - May 24th, 2012
On Thursday May 24th, Munich School of Business Head of International Office Elvira Stephenson-Soeteway visited Brock University.
Stephenson-Soeteway met with several representatives from Brock University including the Director of Brock International Sheila Young, International Exchange Coordinator for the Faculty of Business Meredith Heaney, Associate Dean Faculty of Applied Health Sciences Dr. Nota Klentrou, Sport Management Chair Kirsty Spence, Sport Management Professor Julie Stevens, Director of International Services & Programs Abroad John Kaethler, and Manager of International Services & Programs Abroad Christina Bosilo.
The main purpose of the visit was to explore new Study Abroad opportunities for Munich Business School students to undertake a term of Sport Management courses at Brock. The Sport Management faculty also discussed the possibility of a mini-internship for students. In addition, staff discussed the already established student exchange agreement whereby Brock University Faculty of Business and Munich School of Business students exchange each year for one academic term to study business courses at the other institution.
