Thistle Complex

The Thistle Complex, built in 1968, is an eclectic area of Brock. Its focal point is the Sean O’Sullivan Theatre, where various music, drama and dance performances are held. The theatre lobby, located next to the Centre for the Arts box office, doubles as an art gallery. Thistle contains several lecture halls, a Scotiabank branch and two of the three ATMs on campus. It also has the Collabratorium (run by the Brock University Students’ Union), a space for students to come together to meet, study, and turn to in times of need, a Tim Hortons and Market Hall – the Guernsey Market’s eating area. Thistle Complex was renovated in 2009.
