Inniskillin Hall

Inniskillin Hall, named after Inniskillin Winery, was built in 1999. It houses Brock’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI), which is dedicated to the advancement of the Canadian grape and wine industry, as well as other cool climate grape and wine regions of the world. Inniskillin Hall is also home to a 43,000 bottle capacity wine cellar, which houses the Canadian Wine Library — a cellared collection of Ontario’s finest VQA wines. It was designed by Macdonald & Zuberec Architects Inc.

Fast fact: The opening of Inniskillin Hall in 1999 cemented the formal creation of CCOVI thanks to generous supporters and the leadership of Donald Ziraldo and John Howard, who raised more than $3.7 million as part of the Harvesting Knowledge Campaign.
