The General Brock Store is a convenience store located in Welch Hall. Patrons can purchase a variety of snacks and beverages, school supplies, household items, electronics and health and wellness. A Coach Canada outlet is located inside the store. Shoppers Drug Mart also drops off subscriptions daily to the General Brock Store.
The Matheson Learning Commons is located on the main (second) floor of the Arthur Schmon Tower. It is a dynamic, student-centred space designed around the social aspects of learning.
Located in Thistle Complex, the Sean O’Sullivan Theatre is where various music, drama and dance performances are held, both student and professional. The theatre lobby, located next to the Centre for the Arts box office, doubles as an art gallery.
The Brock University branch of Scotiabank is located in Thistle Complex.
Footnotes at Brock, located across the street from the main campus in the Heritage Place Plaza, offers printing, laminating, binding, graphic design and faxing services for faculty, staff and the public. It also sells Brock and Badger apparel, stationery and University- related gifts as well as club and corporate promotional items.

Located within the Walker Complex, the Eleanor Misener Aquatic Centre at Brock University is the largest swimming facility in the Niagara region. It is open to members of the community.
