Built in 1988 and designed by architect William Woodruff and Elmes, this building houses three centres — Liberal Arts, Canadian Studies and Intercultural Studies — as well as the departments of History, Philosophy, English Language and Literature, and Visual Arts. It primarily houses offices and classrooms. It was renovated in 2005.
