After attending Queen’s University Business School, N’ora joined Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting group in Toronto. She spent 9 years working in technology-related consulting, advising clients of all types and sizes on software strategy and implementation, for clients in Canada and as far away as Melbourne, Australia. N’ora then moved into the role of Operations Director for Arthur Andersen’s Canada-wide consulting practice of 120 professionals.

After moving to Niagara in 2005, N’ora worked as Project manager at Silicon Knights and has been involved in the community with United Way of St. Catharines and District and as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Resource Centre in Beamsville.

In April of 2011, N’ora joined the team at nGen managing the Regional Innovation Centre programs. In this role, N’ora manages the functions of the centre; including programming, client services, administration and coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation.
