Theme

Basic Tracks: The mornings will focus on papers that fall into subject-matter areas that include, but are not limited to:

• Science & technology
• Business
• Culture

Basic Integrative Themes: The afternoon sessions will focus on bringing together all three perspectives to speak to a common theme. The themes are:

• Wine and Food [could include tourism, etc.]
• Regional Exploration [this year’s focus will be on Napa and Niagara]
• The Language of wine [labels, influence of wine writing, linguistics, sensory language, etc.]

Important Note: There will be simultaneous translations in both English and French.

Proceedings including accepted manuscripts and abstracts will be available on CD at the conference

There will be “best paper” awards in each of the three conference tracks.
