Research
I am interested in leadership and organizational behaviour topics. Specifically, I explore the relationship between (effective) leadership capacity and personal development, using the Leadership Development Framework (LDF) and the Washington University Sentence Completion Test (WUSCT). I also enjoy using Wilber's All Quadrant All Level (AQAL) Integral theory, as it applies to leadership, experiential learning and curricular design and programmatic review. I gain deep satisfaction from being involved in service projects that impact community in transformative and positive ways.
