My research interests include: the role of leisure in well being; leisure and recovery; trauma-informed therapeutic recreation practice; recovery-oriented care for people with mental health issues; the role of leisure in coping and adaptation; social psychology of leisure; therapeutic recreation professional practice; leisure and addiction; women's experiences of leisure; and leisure education.
I am currently in training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy and will become a registered psychotherapist upon my graduation.
