Research

Though retired in 2009 from full time faculty in the Department of Nursing at Brock my research interests continues to include how registered nurses and other regulated health professionals make ethical decisions in their practice. Currently I am exploring the professional use of my Algorithm for Ethical Decision Making (2007, 2010) in clinical practice. I participated in the revision of the current CNA Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses (2008) and currently am consulting with associations and health care organizations in relation to their clinical ethics policies and committees.
