- Investigations probing the role of physical activity on various aspects of health - bone development, respiratory function, self-effciacy - of chronically ill children. Work as a co-investigator with research teams at Sick Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, and as a consultant in numerous Children's hospital in North America and Europe.
- Measurement of physical activity in children.
- Generalized self-efficacy toward physical activity.
- Understanding Developmental Coordination Disorder from within the full range of motoric competence
