Getting Ready for the 2012-2013 Academic Year

Students progressing to Year 2, please submit the following by June 1, 2012.

1) copy of your annual TB skin testing result (1-step).  A documentation form can be downloaded from the Nursing Bulletin Board on Sakai.  Go to Resources --> immunization forms.  Fax to (905) 688-6658.  Chest x-rays are done every two years.

2) copy of your CPR re-certification (Level C) minimum.  First Aid is not required.

Vulnerable Sector Clearance

Some community agencies providing a placement for the maternal child clinical course commencing January 2013 require a police check/vulnerable person screening.  Students are to have their clearance certificate in hand by January 7, 2013.
