Getting Reading for the 2012-2013 Academic Year 

The following documents must be submitted by June 1, 2012:

1)  a copy of the results of your annual TB skin testing.  A documentation form can be downloaded from the Nursing Bulletin Board on Sakai.  Go to Resources --> Immunization Forms.  If you receive a chest x-ray, x-rays are done every two years.

2)  a copy of your CPR re-certification (Level C).  First Aid is not required.

Police Check/Vulnerable Person Screening

A clearance certificate is required by most community agencies hosting a placement for NUSC 4F92.  Please bring it with you to your first day of clinical which is Septemer 6, 2012.

Mask Fit Testing

Mask fit testing will be held on Tuesday, September 4 and Wednesday, September 5, 2011.  Students who had mask fit testing done in 2010 will need to be re-tested this year as  mask fit testing is valid for 2 years.  Students will be booked into a time on either day.   The schedule will be posted closer to September.  Please contact Nursing office if your name does not appear on the posted list and you require an update.
