Privacy and Brock Alumni

 Brock University maintains a database of contact information for each of its graduates in accordance with all legislative requirements protecting privacy. The contact information retained is used to deliver services and to keep you informed and up to date on the alumni activities of Brock University, including programs, services, special events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or to give, open houses and more through periodic contacts.  All records are maintained by the office of Brock Alumni Relations (BAR) and cannot be released without the permission of the individual(s) concerned. The BAR does not sell, trade or give away mailing lists to other organizations. However, in the interests of serving its graduates and generating revenue for the University, the BAR does contract with a number of companies to provide a range of services that offer competitive rates and personal assistance to alumni. Any contractors of the BAR are also required to keep information about you confidential and limited to carrying out the service they provide us.
