Faculty of Education Academic Writing Circles

The Academics as Writers SLC invites you to participate in an academic writing circle. We will meet on the 4th Friday of every month from 2 pm to 4 pm to discuss your work in progress. One week before the meeting, one member of the circle will distribute a manuscript and a description of the desired kinds of feedback. Other members will review and comment on the manuscript, identifying strengths and suggestions targeted toward the author's goals.

We look forward to your participation. The first meeting with be held on Friday, September 25.

The first paper will be distributed by September 18, so we need to know by September 17 (a) if you will be joining us and (b) when you would like to share your work in progress. Also, please let us know (c) whether you would prefer meetings in St. Catharines or Hamilton.
