Faculty/Graduate Student Colloquium - Call for presentations

The new colloquium committee, composed of Candace Figg, Doug Karrow, and Mike O'Sullivan with Christina Skorobohacz representing graduate students is initiating the 2008 - 2009 series with this call for presentations. Remember that presentations must involve joint faculty/grad student research.We have booked WH 305 for the following dates (all Fridays): Oct 24, Nov. 28; Jan. 30; March 6; (and, if we need it, April 3)We need presenters for Oct 24; and March 6th; (and April 3)Darlene Ciufetelli-Parker is presenting on Nov. 28th (she was tentatively scheduled for last year and her session was postponed); and Doug Karrow and Xavier Fazio are presenting Jan 30th, another session that didn't make last year's schedule.If you are interested please send Mike O'Sullivan a proposal for the Committee to consider and, speaking of the Committee, in the interests of parity, if anyone in the Grad/Undergrad Department would like to volunteer for this committee, please let me know.
